Absolutely best experience! My boyfriend started to have pain in teeth over the holiday weekend so I called multiple places to see if I could get him in somewhere. We got an appointment with a dentist but was not impressed due to them not giving him antibiotics for the very apparent infection he had going on. What we thought was a chipped tooth ended up being that he needed his wisdom teeth removed like yesterday. I called Dr. Karpinski’s office to see what they could do and can they got us in for a consultation in 2 days and had the wisdom teeth removed the next day. His staff were amazing and he was absolutely wonderful! Such an amazing experience. Having never been put to sleep before, his team made it absolutely the best it could have possibly been! 10/10 recommend him for wisdom teeth removal and anything else he offers! Thank you for making this nightmare an absolute life changer!

Excellent doctor. Explained everything to me thoroughly. Dr. Karpinski & Alicia assisted me with the procedure I had done and they were fantastic. Would recommend this Dr to others. Job well done and very professional.The office staff could use some improvement with people skills. Also, if I could make a suggestion it would be if there are any issues with insurance provider, that information should be made aware of ahead of time not day of visit because not everyone’s budget or expenses would allow them to come up with 100’s of dollars at the last minute and unplanned.

Yes, Im a return customer. He did such a great job extracting a molar on my left side, when my dentist located decay under the gum line on the right side, Dr. John was the first call I made.Great staff, fantastic doc and fair pricing.

Dr. Karpinski and his staff were absolutely amazing!! My local Dentist in Okeechobee referred me to him to have the root of a tooth removed. This tooth was located in the roof of my mouth and after the extraction, an implant was to be placed.Knowing that this could be a very sensitive area and with the degree of discomfort I would possibly experience, I decided to have IV sedation. Dr Karpinski administered the medicine and the next thing I knew, was the procedure was completed. No pain!! My experience was Awesome because of this caring, compassionate and highly skilled Dentist.His staff was were also caring, friendly and professional. The attitude of a business always starts at the top! I highly recommend this practice filled with amazing, skilled and compassionate staff!!

Dr. Karpinski doesnt care about his patients.He made me wait 3 months for and appointment even though he knew I was in pain, couldnt eat properly, had no teeth in my upper right quadrant.And he damaged my existing bridge so severely that I couldnt keep it in my mouth, even for cosmetic purposes.when I told him he damaged my bridge.He blamed me, offered no solution, AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBLITY!!!.Even though he was at fault.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!He could have been professional and fixed it for penniesI had asked his office a number of times for the cost of my treatment. He never responded and I only found out the fee from my insurance company two days before the appointment.Insurance didnt pay but $120.00When I confirmed the fees with their management it turned out to be so exurbanite for the work to be performed, I cancelled.Dr. Karpinski is only interested in how much money he can get out of his patients.

My son who is 16 years old had to have his four wisdom teeth removed. I am so glad that we chose Dr Karpinski to do the surgery. He is a kind & compassionate doctor with wonderful bedside manners. He is gentle, calm and an excellent oral surgeon.He explained the procedure to us & made him comfortable .My son didn’t experience any discomfort or pain. The healing has been quick & as expected.We are very blessed to have a surgeon like Dr Karpinski as well as an office with a friendly & professional staff like his. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Karpinski was wonderful! Just extracted my tooth that was causing me so much pain and he was caring and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me, and the tooth was out very quickly. I just recently did four wisdom teeth extractions with Dr Karpinski. He did an excellent job! I am healing very well. Him and his staff are extremely nice and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and calm for my procedure. I 110% recommend his office.

I did not think I could feel so comfortable and at peace at an oral surgeons office but I did. Truly the most compassionate doctor and staff that I have ever seen. I was in a lot of pain and no office would give me a reasonable appointment except this one. The doctor kept asking if I was ok during the extraction which I appreciated very much. Would 100% recommend.

Dr. and his crew did something very unexpected for my family and I. I had a tooth that need to be pulled and was in a lot of pain. I Had never been to the dentist before because of my fear of the dentist. I told the doctor this, and he offered to put me to sleep for no extra charge. Before I went room, my wife and I were trying to figure out where we were get all the money from that was needed to pay We had it figured out, but had to call a couple different people to borrow some money and the people at the front desk Seen us trying to figure this. So in the kindness of their hearts, and I suppose being in the holiday spirit, I woke up out of the sleep being told that we are Not being charged at all for the procedure. This helped my family and I out tremendously more than they could probably ever know thank you very much. You have definitely earned a patient for life and have alleviated some of my fear of going to the dentist.

Wonderful experience! I really appreciated that Dr. Karpinski and his staff made me feel comfortable and didn’t ridiculously charge me like some other quotes I got in town. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and everything went smooth.

As a person that has been afraid of a dentist since a young child, I have to tell everyone that Dr Karpinski is by far the gentlest and most kind hearted dentist I have ever met. I have been in need of extensive dental work including oral surgery and each time I go back in he and his staff have been very compassionate with me. I have asked to be asleep during my dental work and I couldnt ask for a better experience. Thank you to a great dentist and staff. Alisha has even gone a step further and calls me a couple of days later to check on me. Highly recommend as they were an answer to my prayers.

Dr. Karpinski did a wonderful job with removing my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous, and did not know what to expect, but his staff was so nice and explained everything to me, putting my mind at ease. I would defiantly recommend them!

This is a great oral surgeon and staff. I had to have an implant, the staff as well as Dr Karpinski, explained every step to me to my satisfaction. Dr Karpinski does listen to his patients and cares. I relayed an experience of prior dental work, actually in was during the injection of local anesthesia, was VERY painful on the roof of my mouth and Dr Karpinski allowed the topical application to stay in place much longer than usual, it was like night and day. The injection was still a bit painful but for sure not to the extent of a previous time. I was very anxious about this particular visit because of that. Anyhow all of that is behind me now and the bone graft healed well and the insertion of the post went well so I want to thanks Dr Karpinski publicly for his expert care. If you need to have a similar procedure you might consider calling his office . I am totally satisfied with the professional care I received.

Great with relating to kids. Highest level of knowledge with treatment plan for tooth extraction works together with orthodontist. Location in building next to Er at Lawnwood. Came recommended so now time to pay it forward to the world. I recommend the good doc to anyone needing his services!

John Karpinski really is a great Oral Surgeon and did great with me. Ive seen him twice for extractions and hes very gentle with giving local anesthetics as well as the extractions themselves.I honestly didnt feel a thing!Staff was friendly.Procedure done in time.No complaints!

Dr Karpinski was recommended to me by a friend. I was in horrible pain when I arrived, the receptionist was very polite and understanding. She immediately informed Dr Karpinski of my situation and he agreed to see me. Unfortunately they didnt accept my dental insurance however when the doctor saw my condition he did the extraction for half of their normal price. I was absolutely amazed how professional was Dr Karpinski. He is polite, professional and amazing dentist. The way he did the extraction I didnt even noticed it!!! Also it healed literally in half a day.Comparing with other dentist I used in the past, it took 2-3 days to be healed after the extraction. Never had such great experience in the past visiting dentist. I had such a wonderful experience that I returned and use his services of dental implant twice. Dr Karpinski did a wonderful job. I am so lucky to know such a wonderful, caring and incredible dentist. I recommend him to all my friends. Big thank you to Dr Karpinski and his wonderful staff.

I recently had one molar and two wisdom teeth pulled (I’m on my husbands account so the name is different). Dr Karpinski was really great. I have a lot of anxiety, especially with dental, and they explained everything, was very patient with me and answered all my questions. When I was recovering they made sure to tell my husband all of the instructions as well. My wisdom teeth are healing really quickly and that part was not actually as bad as I thought it would be. The entire office staff was really great and friendly. Hopefully I won’t have to but if I needed more work done I will definitely be going back to his office.

Speaking as a patient and as a former dental assistant of 25 years…Dr. Karpinski ROCKS! I would give 10+ stars if I could!! I was so nervous walking into the office - I couldn’t shut up!! Lol I already knew the steps etc, so I didn’t want to waste the Drs time hearing about the procedure. I had a 3 unit bridge fail and i had 2 previously root canaled teeth that needed extraction. I wanted 2 implants to restore. Dr. Karpinski melded his personality to mine and i was instantly put to ease. Thinking back, i feel silly being so nervous! Anywho - we went with IV sedation and i’ve never done that before - so i returned ( nervous again) i HATE needles. I didn’t feel a thing! Feels like the extractions/ bone graft was done in a minute! He supplied the meds needed and recovery was painless. I returned months later for the implants ( much quieter this time) but that didn’t stop the Dr from teasing me. Love it!! His chairside manner is SO much better than many specialists i’ve seen or worked with. Again, healing/recovery painless! ( so far im the only pain) Months later i returned for implant uncovery/healing abutments. Learned a palatal injection was needed. OH BOY! These are the worst injections ever!! ( take it from a true needle weanie) I am not lying when I say that it was BY FAR the best ever! NO PAIN!! I wish Dr Karpinski could do all my needed dental work!! Start to finish Dr Karpinski was fun, compassionate, patient, professional and HUMBLE!!! On top of everything else - awesome staff and the implants were placed perfectly! Thank you Dr. Karpinski!!! You are the BEST! Be forewarned though - I WILL be back! Bwuahaha lol

This is the most amazing dental experience ever. If you have any problems this is the place to go. My husband does not like dental office visits. But he did this one. Thanks to Dr. Karpinski, Myra , n Patricia, and the dental assistant I dont remember her name. They all were awesome.

I was referred to Dr. Karpinski for a surgical root canal and scheduled an appointment a week from the time I called the receptionist (who confirmed he does surgical root canals, and is listed as a services completed on their website). 24hrs prior to my appointment they cancelled and said he does not do surgical root canals on molars. Now I have to find another endodontist and wait for an appointment despite already have tooth pain for over a week. Not sure why they waited u til the day before my appointment to cancel when I scheduled with them a week prior? Disappointed in the customer service with ongoing tooth pain.

Dr. Karpinski and his staff were professional and friendly. I had 2 dental implants and Dr. Karpinski explained the procedure in detail before he treated me. I had no pain and am very satisfied with my treatment. Treatment area was spotless!!

Absolutely has to be the most flexible oral surgeon Ive dealt with. Amazing staff and very quick process from start to finish with getting 3 wisdom teeth removed within 24 hours of calling them. If you are nervous about getting any work done to your teeth, just schedule an appointment here because it doesnt get much better than them. Doctor Karpinski has amazing bed side manners, you can actually see he cares for his patients. I wont go anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr. Karpinski by my regular dentist as I needed multiple extractions.The whole staff was awesome. Very personable, friendly, yet very professional.Dr. Karpinski was very thorough in my exam and explained everything to me. I had my extractions done yesterday and here 24 hours later still no pain. He is a true professional and very skilled in his craft.I highly recommend these guys.

Had to have a tooth extracted after infection. His nurses were sweet and understanding. Dr Karpinski explained the procedure and checked on me and I never felt a thing! I was expecting some discomfort throughout the extraction but it was done calmly and with no discomfort on my part. I followed the instructions on discharge and i feel fine. Thank you to everyone in the office. Would recommend them in heartbeat!!

WOW!! Amazing experience! I am a new patient so the friendly receptionist asked me to come in a little early for paperwork. No problem. I had a 10:30 appointment and I had my tooth extracted (rear molar) and out the door of his office by 11:03! The staff was very friendly and very efficient. Dr. Karpinski has a wonderful ‘bedside manner’ and was very conscientious about my concerns. He has put together a great team and I would highly recommend his services without hesitation.

Dr. Karpinski is the nicest, most kind and caring doctor I have ever been to see. I had a complicated surgery and he made sure I was ok. I’ve been back a few times and each time he was extremely compassionate and helpful. I wish all doctors were like him. His staff are all super nice as well. 10 stars!

I got 2 wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago ( under sedation). I have to say it was one of my most pleasant dental experiences. I was done within around 40 minutes and was able to be picked up. I would definitely go back to Dr Karpinskis office. The whole team was very friendly.

I went in to Dr.karpinski’s office yesterday to get 4 wisdom teeth extracted. He has put together a great team of people that are welcoming and efficient in the way they complete tasks and procedures in a timely manner all while doing a great job. It has not yet been 24 hours since I’ve had them extracted and theres almost no swelling or pain. FIVE STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Karpinski is the best! He extracted all four wisdom teeth for me over 10 years ago. It went perfect, painless and an easy, quick recovery. Fast forward to last week, had a tooth pulled and implant placed. Again, awesome experience. Felt back to myself the following day, minus the tooth pain, YAY! Besides being a great oral surgeon, Dr. Karpinski is also caring & compassionate. Everything you want in a doctor! His staff was also wonderful. 2 great experiences!

I was experiencing a lot of pain due to an impacted wisdom tooth. With no insurance I knew that it would be difficult to find a dentist to see me. After getting the run around from other offices or being quoted extremely high prices, I was ready to give up. Then I found Dr. Karpinskis office. Upon calling, I was greeted friendly and professionally and they actually showed concern that I was in pain and needed immediate attention. The receptionist was able to give me a VERY reasonable cash price for the entire procedure over the phone, and scheduled me the same day. I would recommend Dr. Karpinskis office to any of my friends and family. Pre-op and post-op procedures were all fully explained and they took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. I will definitely be back for future procedures that I know Ill need. Thank you!!!

Dr. Karpinski is awesome! I had to get dental implants for two teeth and he was professional and courteous during the whole process. I elected to have local anesthesia and stay awake for the procedure and he made sure I was doing okay the whole time. He was also quite comical and made it fun. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him for any type of oral surgery.

I cant say enough about Dr Karpinski and his staff, they didnt offer enough stars for the review to give them the rating that they actually deserve. I had an abscessed tooth that had been bothering me for quite some time, unfortunately I chose to keep putting it off until I was in complete misery, big mistake. I called their office and told them my situation and they got me in quickly. The morning of my appointment they brought me back and after examining my tooth and accessing what needed to be done I was sedated and the tooth removed without any pain not even while it was healing. Im thankful for the excellent care I received and will definitely be returning in the future if needed, I highly recommend and appreciate Dr Karpinski and his entire staff, you absolutely wont find anyone more caring.

Dr Karpinski removed all four of my wisdom teeth yesterday. He is amazing and so is his entire staff! Mariana, Maria and Jessie plus everyone else(didn’t get all their names) were so polite, professional and caring. The two girls during the procedure were so caring that she even offered to hold my hands during the procedure. I was awake and he used local anesthesia. Procedure was quick and I didn’t feel a thing. Plus my HMO insurance doesn’t cover this procedure and all other oral surgeons wanted $3000 plus. This office worked with me and charged half the price. DR KARPINSKI is a blessing from God and uses his gift to help patients while OTHERS use their medical gifts/talents to reap all the money 💰 they can find. Not him; he’s one of the few left that actually care about health and healing.Thanks Dr Karpinski and staff😊

Im not normally one to write reviews, however, after my visit to Dr. Karpinskis I absolutely HAD TO!! From our very first conversation Dr. Karpinski was very personable and calmly assuring. I was in excruciating pain and was turned down from payment plans from several places and simply couldnt afford to get the work done that I desperately needed; I needed help! Not only were the prices unbeatable, Dr. Karpinski made sure to squeeze me in to one of his busiest times of year when he saw somebody in need of help and his expertise! I can not describe with words how genuine and caring all of the staff are there and they work for somebody who leads by great example! They took every precaution to keep a safe environment for their patients as well as their coworkers, and made sure everyone felt safe and calm before/during/after procedures that would otherwise be absolutely nerve racking. Dr. Karpinski isnt just an expert at what he does; he is an absolutely caring individual with a great team of employees who truly are there to help people. I can not thank them enough for what theyve done for me and countless others!

Dr. Karpinski has done three implants for me and has done an amazing and attentive job. He also fixed an implant another surgeon screwed up. I have had zero problems in the years after. His staff IS a challenge so you have to stay on top off them, but for me it was well worth it.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Karpinski and his staff. Like most people, I was extremely nervous, anxious, and scared to get my wisdom teeth pulled, especially not being put under. I was greeted as I walked in by the front desk staff, filled out paperwork and they brought be directly back. Dr. Karpinski and his dental assistant came in and reassured me everything would be fine and I wouldn’t feel a thing. They numbed my mouth and once everything was numb they went in and took my wisdom teeth out. He asked me throughout how I was feeling and continued to make sure I wasn’t feeling a thing during everything. He then said “Okay, I’m going to put stitches in now.” And I literally said, “they are out?” And yep! They sure were. I did not feel a thing. It was amazing and I feel stupid now for being so scared and making myself so nervous before I got there. I called every single oral surgeon in the area and Dr. Karpinski is by far the most reasonable price wise and the cheapest around. I’m so glad I chose them. I highly recommend going here.

I am amazed about how great this doctor is, I walked in with severe wisdom tooth pain and left smiling after having it extracted! He was very gentle, kind and made me feel so comfortable! I highly highly suggest Dr John and his staff also are so personable. This place is trustworthy, kind and will work with you! Horrible experience, quoted me $2500 private pay, then submitted a pre-estimate for $2300 with my insurance. Charged me $400 up front day of my procedure when my insurance told me the maximum would me $150 because they have a contract with them. Called them back with my insurance company on the line a week before my appointment then they informed they cancelled my appointment and told me they previously sent me a list of other providers in the area. Which was a lie, this information was never communicated, nor did they leave a message stating such.Extremely rude staff, I will be seeking a restraining order. They repeatedly hung up on the phone on me. Staff lied to me and told me the procedure is the same cost with or without insurance.Another day I called 15 times and she would see the called ID and continue to pick up and hang up the phone. She then told me it was an issue on my end. I forgave her but now I know this was intentional.It was an utter mistake going here and I would like my records destroyed.

My son had all four wisdom teeth out, and it barely slowed him down. He did a wonderful job and with no general anesthesia.!

I have worked in the dental field for 25+ years and have worked with and met a lot of dentists but Dr. Karpinski outshines them all. He is caring, honest and above all, a wonderful person. I have had several visits with him. On my most recent, I had been told by two different dentists that I needed to have an upper first molar extracted as it was not repairable. Dr. Karpinski removed the decay and put sedative filling in the tooth. The pain is gone on day 2 and hopefully will remain that way. He took the initiative to try and save the tooth which is so much more the other two even suggested. Thank you so much, Dr. K! You will look long and hard before you will find another dentist this kind, caring, honest and his work has always been done precisely and professionally!

At my consultation with this office for my wisdom teeth removal i was so happy with everybody and the level of professionalism with the staff especially Dr. Karpinski . I found this office off of my insurances in network provider and the reviews of the actually service performed were overall good . After the consultation i set and appointment for about a month out to have all my wisdom teeth extracted , I was told a pre-auth would be sent to my insurance for approval . now 7 days before my appointment with out a call from the office to tell me how much i would owe . I call them , they then tell me they dont take humana because they never pay out . They then ask me for my medical insurance info , they then tell me i dont have medical insurance either (which i do)the girl they have call tells me she hasnt a clue about how any of this insurance stuff works . I call my dental insurance to ask them whats going on and how much it will cost me . They tell me the office never sent a pre-auth (which office then flat out calls my insurance liars) and that this service would be 100% covered . The office tells me they will not send another pre-auth and i should look for another oral surgeon , Or pay the 1400 $ out of pocket and be grateful there not charging me the full 3,000 . Now i have wasted a month of time with pain from my wisdom teeth . I dont know why they couldnt have just told me they dont want to take my insurance a month ago ? and saved everyones time (again they are a humana in network provider) and why wouldnt they just use my insurance to get the 3,000 that im so grateful im not paying ? because now there getting a dime. why would i pay 1400$ for something my insurance covers 100% ? This is unfortunate because again Dr. Karpinski was a extremely nice medical professional that i felt very very confident in and comfortable with .

Terrible Experience.Dr. Karpinski placed two implants in my upper molar region in April 2017. Both of them failed. One failed within 6 weeks and was replaced twice and failed each time. Dr. Karpinski offered to refund the cost but only sent about 60% a few weeks later. I wrote a letter asking why and got the rudest, most angry call from his office manager Maria yelling at me that she had a consent form I had signed and would not listen to me as I tried to explain that it was Dr. Karpinski who made the offer. I finally told her he was either a man of his word or not. She hung up on me. A few weeks later i did receive the rest of the refund and thought the matter was solved and I could move on and have my general dentist complete the procedure on the second implant with a crown. He did so but then it fell out about a month later while I was in his office because of the pain. My general dentist refunded his entire fee without my even asking, saying that I had been through enough and it was the right thing to do. I sent a picture taken by my dentist to Dr. Karpinski asking for a refund but as of this date I have received no reply.

I highly recommend Dr. Karpinski’s office and staff as my experience was outstanding in many ways. Not only was I able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, the wait time at my actual appointments was minimal. The workmanship is top notch and I did not experience even one second of pain. All of my questions were listened to with patience, and answered thoroughly. I was treated carefully by all, to my specific needs. My 99 year old mother needed an extraction, they were able to get her in right away. She was treated like a queen in a very timely manner. The staff was great very efficient and kind. I will use Dr. Karpinski for all other family members the 70 mile round trip was well worth it..

Dr. Karpinski came highly recommended and even has good ratings, but we had an awful experience. Marina was rude on the phone. I asked for Dr. Karpinski, but she told me that he will not return my call and to speak with him on the morning of surgery. Sadly, he didnt return my call.She was rude again on the morning of surgery. Worse, Marina assisted Dr. Karpinski in the surgery, even after the negative experiences. My daughter cried on the way home and told me how mean she was when she woke from her surgery. Not a good experience!!I am so sorry that we went there. Oral surgery is a big deal and clients should be reassured that things would go well. I am forced to leave one star, but in my opinion, no stars would be more accurate

He was so kind. Gave me a Star Wars tooth brush lol cause I’m a big Star Wars fan. I have really bad anxiety and he did a great job of reassuring me everything was gonna be okay. I was mostly worried about being nauseous post surgery, and he was great and gave me medicine to help me with nausea before I even woke up. And the assistant with him was amazing. I don’t remember her name but I held her hostage for 30 minutes after the surgery. She just stayed there holding my hand and just talked me through everything. Great team and highly recommend.

I called to schedule an appointment to extract an impacted and painful wisdom tooth. The staff was friendly, understanding and helpful. Dr. Karpinski performed the surgery the very next morning, and in less than thirty minutes. Dr. Karpinski is highly skilled, informative and kind. I am very thankful and highly recommend this office.

Highly skilled and caring surgeon. Had two implants done. Painless and reasonably priced. I found the Office manager Marina knowledgeable. I heard her going out of her way to help difficult patients. Absolutely the BEST Oral Surgeon I have come across. I am a chicken patient and Brooke and Dr. John Karpinski were the epitome of respect, care and safety for their patients. I started with Novocaine, but ended up going under. I felt zero pain afterwards and was extremely please with the professionalism and care the entire staff had for me. I will definitely go back (if I need to, LOL). But I highly recommend this office to all. Thank you Brooke & Dr. Karpinski. You restored my faith in dentists.

Amazing staff and Dentist. I went in to have all four wisdom teeth extracted; not being one to deal with pain for a long period of time I stopped by the office. When I arrived I knocked but didn’t know the office was closed when I was about to leave Dr. Karpinkski opened the door and was very kind to hear my concerns, he voluntarily took a look treated the issue and gave me at home solutions to continue. Since I have left not only do I feel like a patient who’s been treated so well with care and concern I feel much better than before. Dr Karpinski has done one extraction and two implants on me. To say that it was a painless procedure would be an understatement, never felt a thing throughout all three procedures and had no pain following all procedures. He was very caring and explained what was happening through entire procedure. I would never considering going to anyone else for my surgeries.

I was experiencing some excruciating upper jaw/tooth pain, to the point where I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep, everything just hurt like hell. I went to my usual dentist the following day and they told me to seek out an oral surgeon because my pain was being caused by an impacted wisdom tooth. Dr. Karpinski’s office was able to squeeze me in the next day and actually told me I was misdiagnosed and my pain is caused from an infected molar. I was visibly upset because I was made to suffer, thinking that I would have to get surgery, when really it was just a simple extraction. He saw my frustration and was very understanding and compassionate as well as his entire staff. Truly incredible experience.

Incredibly disappointed by the staff. I was referred to this office through my primary Dentist and made an appointment for a wisdom teeth extraction. Not only was I not provided sufficient information for my appointment, but one of the staff members (Marina?)was incredibly rude. This staff member canceled my appointment without my knowledge and then proceeded to argue with me about why the appointment was canceled. After going back and forth, the staff member eventually gave me my appointment time back and told me to come in a little earlier than my appointment time to receive all of the information I was requesting. I refuse to go into surgery not knowing fully how to prepare, what will be done during the procedure and how much this will cost, so I had to cancel my appointment. As a potentially new patient, Im incredibly disappointed in the experience I had with this office.

I went in two weeks ago with discomfort in my upper tooth (FDI 14), I was a walk in and had to wait, but the staff and Dr. Karpinski were very nice and attentive, they made, what would a been a nerve wracking experience, pleasant and easy going and I highly recommend them. I was hesitant to come in, but I needed not be.He went above and beyond for my procedure and I whole-heartedly appreciate him and his staff for taking much care for me! My niece was experiencing some dental problems and bleeding coming from the roof of her mouth. Thank God for Dr. Karpinski who discovered that she had cancer of the roof of her mouth. He is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor I have ever met in my seventy-five years. My 5 tooth bridge was removed by another dentist due to one of the teeth anchoring it going bad - that was 3 yrs ago and it was 2 mos before my wedding day. Afterwards, I went to an oral surgeon Dr. Colgan in Vero Beach to discuss dental implants. He told me I needed bone grafting which he was going to do from my knee!!, needed gum grafting which he was going to do from my palate and told me my palate would be burning for awhile, sinus surgery, would not be able to eat regular food for 3 months and for 3 implants it was going to cost me $20,000!! I left the office hysterically crying. I was so upset that for 3 years I didnt visit any other oral surgeon and hardly ever smiled.Then one day I got a brochure in the mail advertising Dr. Karpinski. Normally, I NEVER go to a professional advertised in a little brochure in the mail. But I decided to google him and was very impressed with his biography and history of his family. I was moved by the fact that he grew up a strong Catholic like myself, that his Dad, uncle were oral surgeons and his sister was an endodontist. I set up a free counseling appointment and felt comfortable. I waited a while and set up another free counseling appt. I liked the fact that he specialized only in dental implants and tooth extractions and had been doing this for 30 yrs. He answered all my questions and he was calm, confident in his ability to do a great job, and was reassuring that dental implants would last forever. I decided to have my dental implants with him.I had twilight sleep (for 30 yrs my dentist in Ft. Lauderdale put me to sleep for everything because I have an active gag reflex so Im used to this) and he did a wonderful job. I woke up and was totally lucid and able to walk out of the office on my own - that had never happened in 30 yrs. before. Also I have bad veins and I have to have the IV inserted in my hand, he did it effortlessly on the first try- not usually the case.I was very worried because I have had sinus problems since I was a child with allergic rhinitis, allergic bronchitis, etc. He did the sinus surgery and had to do 150% of bone grafting (and he used cadaver with no problem NOT bone from my knee)since I hadnt had my own teeth in that area for 20 yrs therefore I had a lot of bone loss. The following day I was out speed walking for an hour like I normally do. I had minimal pain and minimal swelling - didnt ev en need prescription pain meds only Advil. I was eating regular food within 3 days!!Then 2 mos later I had the implants inserted without any problem whatsoever. Again minimal pain and able to eat afterwards - no problem. 2 mos after that I had the abutment put in and then went to my dentist for the crowns.He is a good man not greedy but most importantly he did an excellent job! Even my dentist in Ft. Lauderdale who teaches at Univ of Miami dental school said he did an excellent job- he accepted my insurance and my out of pocket was shockingly reasonable. He only charged 20% of what the previous oral surgeon was going to charge me. The previous oral surgeon did not accept my dental insurance either. I truly feel God put him in my path and Im so pleased with the results. I smile often nowThey feel like my own natural teeth - I have no pain or discomfort - I can chew on that side - my husband says I smile more often and he says they look so natural. Im very pleased that I found Dr. Karpinski and I know he was sent by God himself. I was able to attend my 50th high school reunion with my head held high and a smile on my face. The receptionist was always very sweet and kind, the dental assistants were also.I did see some bad reviews on here and I cant understand why because Dr. Karpinski is a kind man who does quality work. He puts you at ease and has a good sense of humor. I sailed right through the whole experience with no problems whatsoever - even my husband was totally shocked. Im very glad to have found him so I could have dental implants instead of dentures. A much better alternative.

So after waiting for the right expert for my implant. I choose Dr K after much trepidationAnd followed through in having the procedure. I am sorry I waited so long, But I save a lot of money as he is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend the dentist to anyone. I am extremely pleased. An excellent job and experience.

I dont know were to start. I called Dr. Karpinski office today at 12:30 spoke to Maria. I explained my son was on severe pain.I also spoke to Marina. She stated to come in a 2:45. I got there they were so welcoming. Dr. Karpinski was AWESOME. He was great with my 12 yrs old son. Definitely will recommend them. I had a blessing with them when I left made me want to cry happy tears. Thank you so much to all the staff. ❤

I highly recommend Dr Karpinski. I had a root canal tooth go bad that required an extraction. I also wanted a dental implant. As this is my second root canal to deteriorate, I knew all my options. The start of my drama was a toothache. New to Vero Beach I had to find a dentist for an exam and cleaning. I called around to find out that my insurance was very basic and the costs were astounding. One dentist office told me that due to my age, I would probably require a deep cleaning not covered by my insurance. Up to $400! I posted on local Facebook groups to find a reasonably priced dentist. There, I discovered Treasure Coast Community Health. They accepted my insurance for a basic exam. An X-ray showed the cause of my toothache. This office would pull the tooth, but they don’t do anything cosmetic including implants. They recommended some local oral surgeons. I called their recommendations and I also made cold calls. All in Vero. I discovered that all the dentists charge for every teeny tiny thing. Consulting fee, 3D scan, extraction, placement of implant, abutment and finally, the crown. I probably forgot something and the fees could change depending on variabilities. Anyhow, it added up to several thousand dollars. It was then, I decided to do research out of Vero Beach. This is how I found Dr Karpinski in Fort Pierce. Firstly, what caught my eye were the excellent reviews. I called and discovered they have a one time fee quoted up front. There were some variables possible. However, I would not be nickel and dimed. I was able to make an appointment for the next few days. Then, due to a cancellation, I was in for the extraction and implant the day following. My experience was positive on all levels. Dr Karpinkski himself is proficient, kind, personable, and gentle with good communication skills. His staff is excellent. Maria and Marina in the front office are very nice and made it easy for me to make or change appointments. Kalida works at Dr Karpinski’s side. She helped with my anxiety during the procedure with her caring tone. An extraction is not pleasant. However, I have to say this was much easier than I expected, and more affordable.

Watch out! This office gave a solid quote before my services began and after dental services were completed they DOUBLED my final bill. I disputed the extra $750 with Dr Karpinski but they sent it to the COLLECTIONS companies which definitely affects your credit negatively for charges you dont owe! VERY dishonest - find another dentist!

I’ve gone to doctor karpenski for 2 on my dental implants. He’s always been professional, and truly cares about his craft, as well as the patient. Wouldn’t Recommend anyone else but him!

This week, I had an urgent matter that needed Dr. Katpinskis expertise. He had been recommended by my niece and Dr. Long. He and his staff were very efficient, caring and friendly. It was a big relief to me that I did not have any disease and antiobics would take of my problem. Thank you for me being able to establish a fine oral surgeon.

I was very undecided to have an implant because of the risk and also the pain that this procedure would cost me but I was recommended to Dr.Karpinski while I was in New York, and I decided to make an appointment and what a surprise that being in Fort Pierce his credentials confidence and professional list made me be confident on the procedure for the implants that I needed. That is not the only thing that impressed me, after being around looking for prices his was the best on the market!

I am totally shocked by the unprofessional manner in which I was treated by the office manager of the office. My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled. My insurance took some time to pay. I was place in collections for an amount higher than I owed with out ever receiving a bill for services. I called weekly fo over a month requesting to speak with the office manager who finally called me back today only to tell me she would not discuss the case with me and the hung up on me. The continued to hang up on me when I called back

Generally I am aprehensive about having teetth pulled. Dr Karpinski and staff were professional and very efficient. More than this they put me at ease (esp Maria) and worked so quickly I was done before I knew it. Also the price was reasonable. I felt very lucky to have a referral to this team. I never write reviews but this is an exception.

Staff was friendly at the date of service but that changed when I called them 3 weeks later to inform them that they over charged me and owed me a refund per the insurance company. They are quick to take your money but dont want to give it back when its owed.

I received oral sugery from this office a year ago and it was amazing.However, i received a quote on my procedure 6 months ago for $600 for 4 extractions under i.v. sedation. Unfortunately for me regular numbing agents do not work albeit said the need for sedation. First, I was told that she would ask the doctor and get back to me. Three hours later I called them back to be told I did not get an answer, I told the doctor and he laughed at the price then went on lunch Um wow! That was unprofessional. Marina assured me she would ask him again. Finally a call back another three hours later and she tells me The doctor will honor the $600 however I could not fully understand her and responded with um ok? She says Okay bye Now, if he will honor the price which HE gave me to begin with wouldnt you try to schedule an appointment? In my confusion I call back and I am then HUNG UP On. I call back AGAIN and I asked Did you just hang up on me? Marina asks me who I am, I tell her i am the same woman that has been calling all day for one simple answer, she proceeds to define to me what honor means along with the definition.. Again, seriously unprofessional. I began explaining that i couldnt hear her because I work in school full of children who are quite loud and asked if we can make the appointment now (I have been in ALOT of pain for six months and had to save a long time to pay without insurance $600 for 4 not even full teeth to be extracted) Marina tells me Ill have to confirm with the doctor againAre you kidding me? How simple is making an appointment? It took from 9am to 5pm to still not have an appointment with an office, be insulted, be told the DOCTOR laughed at my file!! I could go on and on. This was the WORST experience from someone who works in a professional office. Do you know what youre doing or not? I will not be recommending this place and I will definitely put the word out. Thank you for the experience, just so you know I received an appointment this morning. It took 5 minutes from a very nice professional office.

I went with an excruciating pain and swelling, & i was also 7 months pregnant when i went and the doctor didn’t use no hard anesthesia he only rubbed some creams and pulled my tooth right away not even 1 minute and my tooth was out ! on top of that , i had no insurance and new it’ll be expensive, he did an exception and charged me half the price !!! MAY GOD BLESS DR. KARPINSKI !!!!

Got wisdom tooth surgery 2 years ago now I severe nerve damage to my face and tmj my jaw is always popping and clicking ..

I went there to get a tooth extraction the office calm my nerves down and my tooth was removed ASAP. This office deserves a 10 star.
